Pat was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas, into a musical family where everyone played instruments and sang. When he first saw the Beatles on TV, he thought that was something he could do. After graduating from high school, Pat joined a band and hit the road. He never imagined he would be playing on the same stage with The Temptations, The Spinners, Al Jarreaux, The Pointer Sisters, Merle Haggard, George Jones, jazz great Everette Harp and many others.
Pat recorded on 4 Grammy nominated CDs before winning a Grammy. He also wrote songs for Tony and Grammy award winning artist Jennifer Holiday, Latin super group La Mafia, and others. Pat also produced a CD for Johnny Nash. His favorite thing to do, however, has been working at Parkway Fellowship where he says “I’m having the time of my life!”
