At Parkway Fellowship we believe prayer is the backbone of what we do. We want to be a church that lays every burden and concern we have at the foot of the cross. Prayer is how we as believers of God talk to him. It’s how we make our praises and requests known. 1 John 5:14-15 says, “this is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us-whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him.” Our hope as a church is that we will be believers that come boldly to the throne of God praying for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
We want to share in praying for you in your burdens and we want to be a church who praises our God for his answered prayers in our lives. Please share your prayers with us so we can be praying for you and when God answers your prayers share your prayer stories with us as well.

I pray that her body heals so she may continue to be a messanger of God's word. Please pray for Tim Hayes and children so that they may find god's comfort as they morn the passing of Susan this past Thursday. Pray that I will be given the promotion I have worked very hard towards. I have an interview this week. Pray that I will do very well and come across as confident and capable. Good morning! I miss seeing my church family on Sundays, but I have been listening to the podcasts! I’m asking for prayers for my brother. He is 41 and is in the hospital with liver failure due to alcohol abuse. He also had a seizure, hit his head, and had bleeding on his brain.
He was on life support but, because God is so good, he is doing better. He is now out of ICU and in a long term care facility, and just on a trach tube, that we hope will be removed soon. We are praying he gets better! I know God does amazing things, and I truly believe in the power of prayer! I feel like he will come out of this a better person, but prayers are needed for his recovery and that he will change his life once he recovers.
His name is Chris. He just got transferred from the Med Center to Methodist Continuing Care (where Christus St. Catherine Hospital used to be on Fry Rd.) Please pray for the nurses and staff there too. They have been so patient and caring. please pray for Susan Hayes. Susan had a triple bypass in 2022 and has struggled with complications leading to dialysis and congestive heart failure episodes ever since. She is currently in critical condition in ICU in the Medical Center.
Please pray that God heals her spirit so that she continues to have the strength to fight on return to her loving family. Please pray that God heals her body so that she can return home to her falily living a normal life for many years to come. Please pray that God would guide my father to salvation and give him a revelation of his sin. I need massive dental work. 2 silent requests. Salvation for family and friends. Wisdom on the job and to take test for license. Miranda and her 3 girls: Madison, Madeline, Meredith for more faith, peace, hope, joy, love, wisdom, faith, and protection. Mark would come out of his depression. John for mental healing. Wisdom for future choices. Thank you. We know God can move mountains and prayer works. My brother in law’s mother had surgery Tuesday to remove a tumor from her sinus cavity. She has not woken up from her surgery, she isn't responding to commands talking or anything she isn't medicated and they have no idea why she won't wake up. Her name is Kathy Eudy. My professor is trying to remove Me from nursing school because of a miscommunication over a project due date. She told Me Wednesday due date at first then changed it to a Tuesday due which caused the submitted project to be late. I got a zero for the project which causes Me to fail the class. I fail the class then I am out of the program & have to start back at the beginning of the program. I am scheduled to finish the program August 2023. Starting over would be detrimental. Professor is not acknowledging that she told Me Wednesday. Nothing is in writing. I need Gods guidance & direction. Thank you for the prayers. As I'm sure most of you saw that horrible accident right in front of Parkway Fellowship this morning, I wanted to start a prayer request for all involved as there was a fatality due to the accident.
