At Parkway Fellowship we believe prayer is the backbone of what we do. We want to be a church that lays every burden and concern we have at the foot of the cross. Prayer is how we as believers of God talk to him. It’s how we make our praises and requests known. 1 John 5:14-15 says, “this is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us-whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him.” Our hope as a church is that we will be believers that come boldly to the throne of God praying for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
We want to share in praying for you in your burdens and we want to be a church who praises our God for his answered prayers in our lives. Please share your prayers with us so we can be praying for you and when God answers your prayers share your prayer stories with us as well.

Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! I am asking for prayers for God to provide a way for us to visit my mother in law. She lives in Ohio and my wife Karen hasn't seen her mom in several years. Her mom is around 85 not really sure. I lost my mom several years ago and I would love for my wife to see her mom before she passes. She is in good health now but because of her age that could change quickly. I am asking God to help me come up with the money to do this. I need to find work so I can get this done. Thank you for your prayers. God Bless you all. please pray for my husband and I to have our first baby. I have only one fallopian tube open and this makes it very very hard to become pregnant. 17 month old Parker is struggling. His mimi just sent me an update, Parker has ran a high fever non stop, despite around the clock Tylenol/Ibuprofen regimen. They ruled out Kawasaki disease, then his labs went haywire again, so they revisited Kawasaki. Kinda thinking no. Now he’s losing weight and has an oncology consult tomorrow. So at this point we still are no where.
The inflammation around his his heart has mostly resolved and now he has inflammation in his bronchial tree. It’s so sporadic and no rhyme or reason. The doctors say Parker has them stumped.
Folks this young baby may not have much life left we have to pray for a miracle, right now he is a medical mystery, and doctors are giving up and just keeping him comfortable. His grandmother cannot see him because of strict visitation rules. And it's crushing her. Quite honestly it's crushing me. Pls pray for a miracle with me. This boy deserves a full life. Thank you all. Please pray for our friend, Angie. She passed away Monday night after a horrible car wreck in Waller last week. She leaves behind a husband & 3 children. Please pray for peace, strength and comfort for her family, and for all of her friends & loved ones. Once every 2-3 years I get this. I have been very confused and an emotional wreck for almost a month. I have prayed sooo much. I'm just frustrated. I am working with my doctor to get this corrected. I am just grateful that my prayers helped me hang on long enough to begin the correction. Please pray that I get back to feeling like the person God wants me to be. THANK YOU In late July I requested prayer for Bill, 80 years old, who was experiencing Covid for the second time. At this time, I am happy to report a “praise God” as he recovering nicely thanks to his belief in God and the power of prayer. He had to learn to walk again and thanks to a wonderful PT he made it. He still has other major health issues which will require a lifetime of prayer. He has been cleared for the Covid vaccine and will receive #3 in a couple of weeks.Thank you again to the Parkway family for all prayers on his behalf. We are grateful. Please pray for my great nieces in Michigan. These girls Autumn (14)and Alleyah (9) are living with a mother that’s not fit to raise pets let alone children. The 14 year old is actually raising herself and her sister while her mother runs the streets and gets high off weed all day everyday. Their mother Mia is verbally abusive to them. No one is there to help them, the fathers, grandmother (my sister) don’t care, they’re all selfish and only care about themselves. I’ve been praying for 12 years for these children and their mother to what seems to be of no avail.
