At Parkway Fellowship we believe prayer is the backbone of what we do. We want to be a church that lays every burden and concern we have at the foot of the cross. Prayer is how we as believers of God talk to him. It’s how we make our praises and requests known. 1 John 5:14-15 says, “this is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us-whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him.” Our hope as a church is that we will be believers that come boldly to the throne of God praying for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
We want to share in praying for you in your burdens and we want to be a church who praises our God for his answered prayers in our lives. Please share your prayers with us so we can be praying for you and when God answers your prayers share your prayer stories with us as well.

First of all, thank God because we haven't missed any payments and are up to date with all the bills. Things are starting to move and I have 3 companies that are interested in my services. Please pray that I can get hired soon as I have come close several times only to get "second place" and a congrats on being a good candidate for the position. Honestly, it is waring me out applying for jobs for almost a year. Thank God for a wonderful wife who has stood behind me during the time and is unwavering in her support for me. Please pray for my marriage. I’m believing in God that he will restore my marriage and my family. I’m also believing that we will all be under one roof again soon. Also, keep me in your prayers that God guides me and reveals to me a new career path. Please pray for my family. I have been diagnosed with pneumonia and covid 19.I have been out of work since Feb 3 as well as my spouse. I have exhausted all my vacation and covid time. So not only am i struggling with my health. But my family has had to quarantine which means my husband and i had both had missed work and pay.Then during the ice storm my husband was trying to prepare and while trying to get a flash light out of car he slipped on ice and broke his leg, Now he is unable to return to work as planned. I feel like such a burden. I came back to work today because one of us has to provide, I work in the medical field so even though im now non contagious/negative I still struggle from shortness of breath and cough. I have to wear double mask and a face shield I can barley breath. I have no clue how My rent will be paid in a few days and don't even have the mean to get the simple necessities from the store. I feel completely lost and useless to my family. Please pray for my family. We had pipes burst during the storm so we went to my parents house so our kids would be warm and safe. I just tested positive for Covid after being there for 2 days which means they were exposed. Please pray that I will have a mild case as I am dealing with the home repairs and that they did not get Covid from me. Thank You! Pray that my husband would find employment soon. Pray that he finds a job that is fulfilling and enjoyable to him and also provides for our family. Pray that the Lord stretches my income during his time of unemployment. In need of prayer over my life in general. It has been a lonely dark road these last couple years, from marital stress, two deaths in the family that really traumatized me, dealing with depression, feeling overwhelmed with daily activities, social anxiety, and just overall sadness.
