At Parkway Fellowship we believe prayer is the backbone of what we do. We want to be a church that lays every burden and concern we have at the foot of the cross. Prayer is how we as believers of God talk to him. It’s how we make our praises and requests known. 1 John 5:14-15 says, “this is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us-whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him.” Our hope as a church is that we will be believers that come boldly to the throne of God praying for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven.
We want to share in praying for you in your burdens and we want to be a church who praises our God for his answered prayers in our lives. Please share your prayers with us so we can be praying for you and when God answers your prayers share your prayer stories with us as well.

The hotline, staffed by mental health professionals, also provides treatment referrals. All prayer requests submitted to Parkway Prayer Ministry are reviewed before being posted.

Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! My 15 month old grandson, Michael, is in Texas Childrens Hospital. They began treatment for kawasaki disease last night. It is very treatable when caught early. He is very sick and has been running high fever for almost 5 days now. He has gained 4 lbs in fluid retention in just the last couple of days and its causing a heart issue. He has an older brother with severe heart defects. My daughter does not need to deal with another heart child, so believing it will clear up when the fluid goes down. Please pray for Tom Cook. He fell and is paralyzed from waist below and his arms. He was released from the hospital but still needs home health. Prayers for his family. I ask for prayers of healing for my father, Carlos Llanas, who has been in the hospital for over a week with Covid pneumonia. He was recently placed on a ventilator. I ask for his healing and strength. We trust in you Lord. Hi, lord bless, God has given me dreams for a year now to reach out to an isolated girl at the church, but she always hard to talk to... i feel for her...and so much love God has put in my heart, for her... friendship love only ok...i want prayer for that, may the Lord bless you, her name is Jaqueline... and mine is Gi Please pray for my niece and me. She lives with me. She tested positive For Covid this morning. She’s 22 without any health conditions so I’m praying she’ll be fine. I’m 47 have autoimmune problems and asthma. I do believe in the power of prayer. Please pray for me! Could you please pray for my family and our financial needs. We are behind on our rent and I’ve run out of resources to call. Everyone that I’ve talked to (all of the internet that serves fort bend county) have turned us down and told us that they have no more funding. We have already gotten a eviction notice and not only that but I’m the only one able to file unemployment my husband is a lot older than I and can’t work like he use to and has used all his unemployment up. Since his hand surgery it’s been a little difficult for him though he won’t admit it. So right now all our bills are due and to top everything off our transmission goes out in our van so I had to go get a cheap cash car that I can’t even get legal. When it rains it pours! I do trust in god and I know this is just obstacles that we have to go through. One day I’ll be looking back on this thanking him that it’s over. We will be ok.
